Upon meeting Joseph Allen,
the first thing you notice is his strength. What I find most appealing about
Joseph is his conviction and integrity. Since meeting Joseph, I have found him
to be professional no matter what the environment. He is full of confidence and
relates to others in such a manner that one will feel, at once, safe and secure. Joseph
